Within our Corporate Supply Chain FP&A team located in Denver – Leprino is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to help drive financial insight and operational performance across our global logistics and transportation network. This role plays a critical part in supporting freight, storage, and supply chain financial strategies across the company.

 

At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $89,000 and $101,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and deliver financial insights that support supply chain strategy, with a focus on freight, storage, and logistics costs across Leprino’s global network.
  • Partner with Traffic, Procurement, and Commercial teams to analyze transportation and storage spend, supporting vendor RFP evaluations and logistics cost optimization.
  • Own freight standards used in customer pricing and financial reporting, ensuring alignment across Supply Chain leadership.
  • Develop financial analysis to support customer pricing adjustments and commercial RFP responses.
  • Maintain and enhance supply chain reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring reliable and accessible logistics cost data.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for transportation and storage reporting across truck, rail, ocean, and international 3PL networks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting and analytics by leveraging Business Intelligence systems and advanced Microsoft data tools such as PowerQuery and PowerPivot.
  • Lead preparation of monthly Supply Chain financial performance packages, including KPI reporting and profit packet deliverables.
  • Conduct variance analysis and financial follow-ups related to freight, storage, and supply chain overhead costs.
  • Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities for Supply Chain overhead cost centers.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Business Development, and Production teams to improve supply chain financial performance.
  • Act as a trusted financial partner to Supply Chain leadership, helping translate operational activity into financial outcomes.

 

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a similarly relevant subject area.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in financial planning and analysis, supply chain finance, or operational finance.
  • Advanced Excel and Business Intelligence system proficiency, along with working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop financial models, reporting tools, and analysis that clearly communicate complex operational and financial data.
  • Experience coordinating budgeting, forecasting, or strategic planning processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while partnering across functions and organizational levels.

 

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a similarly relevant subject area.
  • Six (6) or more years of FP&A experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience developing automated dashboards or advanced reporting solutions using BI platforms and Microsoft data modeling tools.
  • Experience working with transportation, logistics, or supply chain cost structures within a large manufacturing organization.
