Description: 

Within our Corporate Human Resources team in Denver, Leprino is seeking a Senior LMS Administrator to administer and improve the Learning Management System that supports required training across our organization. This role will configure learning assignments and curricula, maintain training records, build compliance reporting, troubleshoot system issues, and help ensure accurate documentation is available for internal and regulatory audits.

 

At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $90,000 and $102,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Administer the day-to-day configuration and operation of Leprino’s enterprise Learning Management System, including courses, curricula, assignments, programs, and user records.
  • Configure, test, validate, and troubleshoot LMS functionality while maintaining a reliable and scalable system architecture.
  • Maintain accurate training assignments and completion records that support regulatory, safety, quality, and other compliance requirements across the organization.
  • Build and maintain LMS reports used to monitor training completion, identify gaps, and support internal and external audits, including OSHA and FDA-related requirements.
  • Research system capabilities, evaluate new functionality, and coordinate LMS enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation with HRIS and IT partners.
  • Analyze LMS issues and data discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions that protect training-record accuracy and system reliability.
  • Support audit requests by gathering training records, validating LMS data, and producing accurate documentation and reports for HR, Safety, Quality, and other teams.
  • Partner with HR, Safety, Quality, Technical Services, and other teams to translate compliance and training requirements into effective LMS configurations and assignments.
  • Train plant LMS leads and system administrators on LMS functionality, configuration standards, reporting, and consistent system practices.
  • Respond to LMS support requests through Leprino’s internal ticketing process and resolve issues involving assignments, course access, completions, reporting, and system functionality.
  • Make occasional updates to e-learning content to maintain LMS compatibility and support changes to compliance training.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, Instructional Design/Technology, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience administering, configuring, or supporting Learning Management Systems or related HR technology.
  • Hands-on experience administering an enterprise LMS such as Cornerstone, Schoox, SAP SuccessFactors Learning/Plateau, or a comparable platform.
  • Experience configuring learning assignments, curricula, courses, and completion requirements within an LMS.
  • Experience producing LMS reports and maintaining training records used for compliance, audit, or regulatory purposes.

 

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS), including the former Plateau LMS platform.
  • Experience supporting an LMS in a regulated environment such as manufacturing, food production, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, energy, or another compliance-intensive industry.
  • Experience supporting regulatory or compliance training records for OSHA, FDA, safety, quality, or comparable audit requirements.
  • Experience using Articulate 360, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring software to modify or troubleshoot LMS-compatible training content.
