HR Administrative Assistant
Leprino Foods is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Fort Morgan, CO. Leprino is the world's largest supplier of mozzarella cheese and one of the largest suppliers of premium dairy nutrition ingredients. Our customers and business partners span the globe and include many of the world's largest food companies, restaurant chains, and distributors.
At Leprino, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $24.29/hr and $26.51/hr.
What You'll Do:
- Assist HR Generalist with planning to ensure proper non-exempt staffing levels.
- Screen applications and conduct pre-employment phone screens and schedule on-site interviews.
- Coordinate completion of all recruitment and new hire processes.
- Assist with coordination and facilitation of orientation process for new employees.
- Electronically file records to employee files such as personnel, safety, training, legal, and medical files.
- Assists with coordinating all plant employee relation events.
- Maintain bulletin boards and lunchroom communications.
- Champions the plant Wellness Program, including leading an interactive and progressive team, facilitating communication, preparing and maintaining the budget.
- Provide day-to-day benefits administration services.
- Coordinate and help with facilitation of benefits orientation and other benefits training.
- Conducts the annual benefits open enrollment process.
- Manage day-to-day uniform orders, changes, and issues; ordering necessary office and janitorial supplies
You Have At Least (Minimum Qualifications):
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years of related HR Experience.
- Strong clerical, organizational, communication, interpersonal skills, and employee relations experience.
- Demonstrated professional demeanor and high level of customer service and confidentiality.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task a dynamic workload with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while working independently.
- Consistent timely and proactive follow-up.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Associate's degree in business or related field.
- Knowledge of HRIS and timekeeping systems (SAP and UKG).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
