Within our production facility located in Fort Morgan, CO. Leprino is seeking a Payroll Clerk to help strengthen the financial foundation behind our growing cheese and dairy ingredients business! At Leprino, starting compensation for this role is $23.26/hr.

What You’ll Do:

• Completion of weekly hourly payroll, including processing, UKG timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, and data input in SAP.
• Provide weekly labor reports to leadership.
• Maintain a strict confidential atmosphere in all aspects of the job.
• Complete daily and weekly audits of schedules against timecards; report any issues to leadership for follow-ups as required.
• Work alongside HR to ensure time off policies are being adhered to by all employees.
• Process incentive plan payouts.
• Daily production record validation.
• Weekly utility and production reporting.
• Financial document posting.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to complete work assignments with high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (e.g Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with SAP or other manufacturing software systems.
• Prefer two years of business/administrative courses.
• Prefer previous experience in payroll.
