LUB L2 Block RMC Trainee.

Leprino Lubbock is seeking a Line 2 Block RMC Trainee. 

This position pays $21 per hour during training, then once certified will make $23 per hour. There is an additional $1 differential for hours worked between 6pm and 6am. Weekly pay

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow all applicable safety rules and regulations, and work in a manner consistent with safe operating procedures according to applicable company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Properly clean and sanitize all equipment following good manufacturing practices (GMP’s).
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision.
• MES navigation and computer data entry.
• Monitor RMC operating parameters. 
• Monitor cheese texture and temperature and adjust as needed. 
• Monitor cheese blocks for proper weights and adjust as needed. 
• Pull required samples and take to lab. 
• Complete Brine salinity test. 
• Complete brine chlorine procedures. 
• Complete Brine pH procedures. 
• Review results from the LRS Block report. 
• Perform any required product transitions (changeover). 
• Maintain Cleanliness of area, good housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervision.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
