Plant Accounting Supervisor

Within our manufacturing facility in Lubbock TX – Leprino is seeking a Plant Accounting Supervisor to move our organization to even larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth! What You’ll Do:

• Financial Reporting & Controls: Ensures accurate, timely plant financials through audits, inventory controls, data analysis, and adherence to accounting procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Leadership & Team Development: Leads and develops the Accounting team, manages staffing, enforces policies, ensures training completion, and fosters a positive, safe, high-engagement work environment.

• Payroll & AP Oversight: Supervises Kronos processes, maintains accurate payroll and accounts payable records, supports weekly payroll, and manages vendor/AP interactions.

• Budgeting & Analysis: Contributes to budgeting through analytical reviews, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support plant operational decisions.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field or similar work experience in related industry 

• 5+ years of accounting experience 

• 1+ year of experience leading, mentoring, and/or delegating work to others 

We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• Dairy/Cheese manufacturing experience  
• Direct leadership experience over supervisors
