Product Development and Quality Coordinator
Within our Research and Development team located in Singapore – Leprino is seeking a Product Development and Quality Coordinator to move our organization to even larger levels of cheese and dairy ingredient growth! What You’ll Do:
- Enter, track, and respond to customer quality complaints in Leprino’s Quality Management system to support timely resolution.
- Partner with corporate Quality Assurance teams to write clear root cause and corrective action summaries.
- Visit customers, when needed, to support resolution and reinforce shared quality expectations.
- Conduct quality evaluations with customers and document findings to support continuous improvement.
- Draft and update standard operating procedures that strengthen quality practices across the region.
- Support customer product cuttings and innovation projects with Technical, Sales, and Innovation Studio teams.
- Document and maintain accurate melt simulations and product data for customer and internal use.
- Participate in regional and global project calls, sharing updates and clear next steps.
- Provide in-market field support across Asia Pacific and write detailed visit notes for customers and internal partners.
- Collaborate with Singapore and U.S. technical teams to evaluate products in lab settings and share timely feedback.
- Perform benchtop flavor work and sensory evaluations for new product development.
- Prepare samples, coordinate inventory, and support customer events, tastings, and cuttings in Singapore.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a closely related field.
- 1–2 years of experience within the food industry.
- Written and verbal fluency in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and internet research tools.
- Availability for international travel to support customers and production visits.
- Full taste palette and olfactory capability, with comfort participating in taste testing as part of daily work.
We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience supporting quality assurance, food safety, or product development activities.
- Hands-on exposure to lab environments or food production equipment.
- Proficiency in one or more Asian languages in addition to English.
